Job Functions:

• Duties include managing activities, resources, and responsibilities of A/R and A/P in conformance with established policies, practices, and procedures.
• Input and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, vendor/customer relationships and cross-team collaboration.
• Day by day supervision of the AR and AP team for all NAM entities, managing a team of 4 people.
• Responsible for timely and accurate posting of AP assuring prompt resolution of any discrepancy.
• Responsible for timely management and reconciliation of GRNI (good receipts) accounts.
• Responsible for reconciliation for any AP and AR related accounts.
• Support the Finance organization by providing all necessary reports for Month end closing, cash flow forecasting, sales and use tax accounting and reporting.
• Perform special projects and duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in a financial accounting supervisory position
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• AXD365 experience preferred
• Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
• Ready to participate and contribute as part of the management team
• Results orientated team leader and motivator
