Main job functions: Awnsering Phones, Seating tables, Cashing out orders, etc.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Server/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections

- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system

- Process payments using cash registers and maintain a balanced cash drawer

- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in dining areas

- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining space

- Promote specials and upsell additional items to customers

- Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures

**Qualifications:**

- Experience with retail math and cash handling

- Proficiency in operating POS systems, preferably Aloha POS

- Knowledge of sales techniques to enhance customer experience

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

- Familiarity with the food industry practices

- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
