Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot problems on failed units.
• Work in a safe manner and follow all safety rules and policies.
• Disassemble and evaluate failed units.
• Make sure paperwork matches the units.
• Receive product into SAP/RGA system.
• Disassemble units returned for stock.
• Rebuild paperwork write up.
• Assist production group.
• Scrap product.
• Stage product.
• Maintain 5S.
• Follow and use JI’s/SRD’s
• Other duties as assigned.
• Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings programs. 

Job Requirements:

1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: Mechanical experience preferred. 
3. Skills and Key Attributes: Mechanical knowledge. Ability to learn and perform basic trouble shooting and gearbox analysis. Basic computer skills required. 
4. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-10 hours per day.
