Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Drive sales by promoting and upselling products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train and supervise shop staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and providing exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a wireless or technology-related industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead a team when necessary
