Summary:

The Project Coordinator Manager will be primarily responsible for the execution of the Project Coordinator (PC) team’s essential roles, responsibilities, KPI’s and performance management. This person must be highly proficient with multiple software platforms. This person must be able to multi-task, have great communication skills, and be highly organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• LMA Project Coordinator Team.
• Coordinate and solve all field generated billing questions when escalated from PC team.
• Manage PC team KPI’s.
• Software Platform Superuser; (CRM, Field Service Management).
• Manage all MSA’s.
• Coordinate Fleet service maintenance schedule with Fleet Manager.
• Coordinate safety certification/qualifications with Area management and Safety department.
• Generate reports as needed for internal team and customers.
• Manage Project Coordinators roles and responsibilities per PC job description.

Qualification Requirements:

• Experience with dispatch, payroll, and billing (preferred).
• Construction administrative experience (preferred).
• Customer service/conflict resolution experience (preferred).

Required Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and written skills with customers and employees. Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, word, excel and outlook.
• Must have organizational skills and be detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Able to work productively independently and as part of a team.
• Able to meet deadlines and follow up with internal/external clients.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
