Restaurant Guest Service RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet guests to makethem feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests’ foodorders and handle cash and credit transactions
- Follow Noodles &Company’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security toensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- Demonstrate knowledgeof the brand and menu items
- Serve food to guestsin a courteous and timely manner
- Quickly and accuratelyprepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches
- Check food quality andfood temperatures throughout the day to ensure that food is fresh and safe to serve
- Follow sanitation andsafety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanlinessand organization throughout the restaurant and ensures proper set up and/or breakdown of the entire restaurantincluding dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas
- Effectively handleguest concerns and complaints
- Work as a team toprepare the restaurant for each shift
- Acts with integrity,honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Noodles & Company
- Maintains regular andconsistent attendance and punctuality
- Contributes to apositive team environment
- Position may includecook, cashier and/or server responsibilities
- Must adhere toappearance standards

Restaurant Guest Service KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent guestservice skills required
- Ability to work in afast-paced environment
- Team oriented,adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Ability to communicateeffectively with guests and team members
- Ability to worknights, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 16years of age
