The HighPoint Budtender must be a hard-working team player, with excellent people skills and ability to communicate warmly and professionally. Must have open availability with excellent punctuality, work ethic, and professionalism. Must be familiar with operation of retail P.O.S. systems, have good cash handling skills, and be able to perform accurate cash drops and balancing at the end of day.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Ensure High Point is compliant with our own policies/procedures.
• Support High Point Team Members to keep the area cleaned, organized, replenished and ready for service.
• Be the High Point's Brand Ambassador (positive, professional, and eager to contribute to the team).

What We're Looking For:

• 21 years old with a High School Diploma/GED.
• Extensive knowledge of product and experience with the cannabis industry.
• Customer facing experience in a time sensitive environment.
• Previous experience working at a Marijuana dispensary.
• *Cannabis strain knowledge *Working toward or able to obtain: Medical Marijuana Consultant Certification *Previous I-502 industry experience, training or education *On-line marketing, social media and website update capabilities preferred
