Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Hostess/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements

- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations

- Take accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate staff members

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

- Assist servers with various tasks as needed

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work well under pressure

- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and guest relations

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
