Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas according to our recipes and standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook pizzas, ensuring they are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards
- Follow recipes and portion sizes accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and restock ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food items
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with retail math, cash register operation, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Experience in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Knowledge of the food industry, including health and safety regulations
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
