Please be advised that there is a possibility that the pay rate could change when the offer is extended for this position, due to the facility's changing crisis needs. We will do everything we can to prevent this, but applicants should understand this may happen.

Candidates cannot be considered for this position if they were a staff employee at the health system within the past year.

All candidates must have recent references within a 12 month period during compliance. Survey completion dates needs to be within 12 months in order to be cleared for an HCA assignment
