Job Title: Loader Operator

Department: Pipe Yard

• Reports To: Yard Manager

Summary:

The Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a front-end loader to load and unload pipe and other materials in the pipe yard. The Loader Operator must be able to operate the loader safely and efficiently, and to follow all company safety procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a front-end loader to load and unload pipe and other materials in the pipe yard.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on the loader.
• Communicate effectively with other yard personnel to coordinate activities.
• Assist the Yard Manager with other yard duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred.
• Experience operating a front-end loader.
• Strong safety record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some overtime may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
