We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista and Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, as well as a strong knowledge of different brewing methods and coffee recipes. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and able to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate espresso machines and other equipment with skill and precision.
• Operate cash registers, credit card machines, and other related equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista is required.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Strong organizational skills to manage both coffee orders and customer interactions.
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
