Are you a highly skilled handyman eager to join a dynamic team? Look no further! NOCO Repair is a rapidly expanding Handyman and remodeling business based in Loveland, CO. We pride ourselves on our crew of four highly skilled individuals and are striving to evolve into a regional company with multiple crews and project leaders. At NOCO Repair, we tackle a diverse array of projects, including but not limited to:
- Drywall repairs
- LVP (luxury vinyl plank) installation
- Plumbing repairs (installing new faucets, replacing toilets, fixing leaks, etc.)
- Electrical repairs (replacing outlets, switches, lights, etc.)
- Bathroom remodels (full gut remodels to cosmetic upgrades)
- Kitchen remodels (full gut remodels to cosmetic upgrades)
- Painting
- Siding installation and repairs
- Trim work
- Window and door installations
- Carpentry projects
- Deck construction and repairs
- "Honey-do" lists
- Real estate objection lists
- Furniture assembly
We're seeking individuals who are not only proficient in multiple tasks but are also willing to learn and grow with us. Some days, you'll be working solo on various projects, while on others, you'll collaborate closely with our team. Flexibility and adaptability are essential qualities we value.
Communication is key in our line of work, so the ideal candidate will excel in both team and client communication. Attention to detail and the ability to follow written procedures are crucial, as is providing regular updates and documentation of work progress.
Key Skills Required:

Additionally, you must possess a valid driver's license, an insurable driving record, and the ability to pass random drug tests. While past cannabis or alcohol use won't disqualify you from employment, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for intoxication on the job or company property. Felons are welcome to apply, provided they disclose their past convictions. We particularly welcome individuals with drug felonies who are now clean from all substances.
