Position: Client Services Representative (EVANS, CO)
Regular Full-Time (40 hrs) or Part-Time (20-25 hrs), Non-Exempt, Hourly
NOCO Humane (formerly Larimer Humane Society) seeks qualified applicants for the position of Client Services Representative (CSR) at our Loveland Shelter. Our CSRs represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner and provide quality service at the shelter’s front desk. The job requires great customer service skills, both in person and over the phone, as well as a professional demeanor. Must be able to quickly learn and accurately use specialized software as well as learn and apply a wide range of policies and procedures. Tasks include:
*Processing animal adoptions, animal returns to owners and animal surrenders
*Data entry and phone communication
*Significant animal handling and more
Requirements include:
*One full year of customer service experience
*Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
*English and Spanish bilingual skills (both verbal and written) are a plus and include a wage premium
*Solid emotional intelligence, work ethic and integrity skills
