NoCal Behavioral Services is Hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Near Mountain Home, ID

Company Description:

NoCal Behavioral Services, LLC (NCBS) is a nationwide company providing in home, school, or community-based ABA services to families all over the United States, and we are continuing to grow. We currently have a need for Behavior Technicians & Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Mountain Home, ID.
We are looking for candidates that are passionate about helping children on the Autism Spectrum to grow with our company. If you’re looking to join a supportive team that is focused on client and family needs to help positively change lives, we’d be a great fit for you!

Qualifications:

  • Patience, empathy and a passion for helping others
  • An upbeat and positive attitude – having fun through play!
  • The ability to quickly assess situations, improvise and creatively engage with kids
  • Be able to pass a 10 year background check
  • Able to ask for help from supervisors/support team when needed
  • Computer skills

Job Description:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting that will increase motivation and positive performance for each individual
  • Participate in exciting, innovative, and individualized treatment plans that yield a rewarding outcome helping children reach their full potential
  • Collect and record data on client progress
  • Utilize online database to enter, track and view progress and submit case notes after each session
  • Provide support to parents, caregivers, and teachers to make the most of their efforts in making our treatment plan universal across all areas of the client's environment
  • Foster a supportive and positive outlook that reinforces our culture of family support.
  • Maintain timely communication with clients, NCBS staff, and supervising BCBA.

Additional Information:

  • Required to commit to at least 6 months of work
