Job Title Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

At PCI Federal Services, we believe that having great people in the right positions is key to our success. As we continue to grow, we are adding a Talent Acquisition Partner to work with hiring managers to identify, hire and onboard talented individuals who are ready to work for our organization.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, this position serves as a consultative hands-on partner to the hiring managers, driving the life cycle recruitment processes. This is a hands-on recruitment role where you will manage active candidates and continually develop passive talent pools. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Leaders/Program Managers to facilitate the hiring process, from initial position opening through hire for assigned areas
  • Collaborate with colleagues across HR and Payroll to deliver smooth recruitment and onboarding process, contributing to cross-functional projects as needed
  • Keeps up with of trends in the employment market as well as with new recruitment tools and technologies
  • Define and implement a talent attraction and active and passive sourcing strategies targeted by role and/or function, adjusting as needed throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and recruiting sources and pipeline from a diverse selection of sources
  • Deliver thoughtful candidate onboarding/management practices and guide hiring managers on candidate experience best practices
  • Leverage ATS and other data to report on recruiting metrics including Time to Fill, Conversion, Source Channel Performance, etc. for OFCCP reporting purposes
  • Other HR/Recruiting related duties as may be needed
Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with full life cycle recruitment
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience sourcing resumes on Monster, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and other related platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field, strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting for Government Contracts is required.
  • Ability to work with Costpoint Talent System, extremely helpful
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work on a self-initiated basis
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple positions while meeting deadlines
  • Efficient, detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Be passionate about establishing strong relationships with candidates and employees, and guiding managers through the hiring process to achieve strong outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • May be required to undergo a standard background check along with verification of education requirements

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described herein are representative of those which must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.

To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
