Responsibilities
Noblis MSD is seeking a senior engineer lead the application integration process engineering development for DevSecOps and application engineering for specialized programs. Candidate will conduct software and hardware assessments of the cloud environment and the application integration process for optimizing and developing cloud based testing methods, to determine application impacts to current baseline, develop installation procedures, deployment criteria, internal and off ship requirements and program interfaces.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of CANES baselines, capacity planner and application interface requirements
- Ability to interact directly with customers to extract requirements, generate a plan and report status
- Experienced with AI processes and application development
- Software development experience for Navy Programs
- Be able to work independently and interact with government and active duty personnel in design and support of system components.
- Must be highly motivated and have excellent problem solving skills
- Must demonstrate strong technical skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently with changing deadlines and priorities
- Must be able to work in a team environment while completing tasks in an unsupervised and self-directed fashion
- Must have current Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret
Required Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in technical field plus 10 years of experience
- 8 years NAVWAR experience
- Experience in integrating Shipboard applications
- Experience in complex applications such as DCGS-N, GCCS-M and ACS
- Experience in a shipboard networking system such as CANES, ISNS, GCCS-M, etc.

Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience on CANES
- Experience with Hosted Applications
- Top Secret Clearance
- Securit certification desired

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees.
