Duties:
· Audit loan closing packages according to the client requirement

· Index and Scanning all original signed closing package into the processing application

· Shipping the required document to the lender/borrower based on the requirement

· Review returned documents and request for necessary clarification if the package is incomplete based on the audit checklist

· Perform initial audit to ensure borrower information, signatures and initials are accurate

· Review Deed/Mortgage documents to ensure recordable documents are present

· Shipping the audited packages based on the lender requirements

· Prior experience working with offshore team would be added advantage
