Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the People & Culture Generalist are to administer human resource programs and procedures for the organization and provide technical assistance to the Director, People & Culture, including but not limited to: assisting employees with benefits and other employment-related questions, preparing statistical reports, preparing employment and benefits-related correspondence, planning & developing new hire orientations and arranging/monitoring training programs, processing worker’s compensation claims, implementing new HR initiatives, recruiting, maintaining documentation and recordkeeping of all HR-related government programs.
