Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

About Us: At Noah’s Park & Playgrounds, we specialize in selling and installing high-quality commercial playground equipment across the United States. We are committed to creating fun, safe, and engaging outdoor environments for communities nationwide.

Job Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of playground installations and effective management of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem solver with strong communication skills who can coordinate with both customers and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate installation teams to ensure efficient and timely setup of playground equipment.

· Manage logistics for services and deliveries to various installation sites across the country.

· Oversee warehouse staff and operations, including inventory management and daily shipment preparations.

· Utilize our CRM software to accurately write and manage quotes for clients.

· Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues related to installations and deliveries.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Excellent communication abilities with diverse groups, including customers and manual labor teams.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
