```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team(WEDS @830 SAT @230 SUN @230). As a Cleaning Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our religious facilities, opening and making sure all doors are locked before and after shift, and ensure other workers are cleaning correctly. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

```Duties:```
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Clean and maintain common areas, such as break rooms and lobbies
- Perform floor care duties, including buffing and waxing floors
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms or event spaces as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and respond to requests
