We are currently seeking a Veeva Quality Docs - Business Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will support customers as a Quality Docs expert.

Role Function within team:

To act as an independent representative of the team, leading Veeva Quality Docs consultancy groups comprising of process engineering; manufacturing management; quality assurance; packaging; shipping; IT (from inside or partner organizations) and serve as backup to the team lead.

The role requires:

• Previous experience implementing Quality Docs
• Well versed in the OOTB functionality of Quality Docs and an understanding of the additional configuration options
• Ability to coach a customer through the OOTB functionality and help them understand the ramifications of making configuration changes
• Experience with business process mapping (as-is and to-be) and developing user stories and/or user requirements
• 2 years Consultanting experience supporting QD implementations
• Experience with other Veeva Quality Suite vaults is highly desirable (QMS, Training Vault, etc.)
• Candidate must be on-shore and willing to travel anywhere in the US, although 80-90% of work will be performed remotely

Veeva Quality Docs - Business Analysts must be able to apply good judgment on what level of detail makes sense for the situation and cannot be dogmatic in adhering to a process or procedure when the results defy commonsense.

This position requires the ability to persuade others- regardless of title- of the best-paths forward- but without igniting interpersonal disputes.
