We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Entry Clerk to join our team at NMP. The ideal candidate will have exceptional data entry skills and the ability to accurately and efficiently enter and retrieve sensitive information. This role requires someone who is a self-starter, able to manage their time effectively and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data from various documents into our database system with speed and accuracy.

• Verify data by reviewing, correcting, or deleting unimportant information.

• File and maintain physical and electronic copies of documents for future reference.

• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data entered.

• Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in data entry.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth flow of documents and information.

• Assist in creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.

• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
