NLG Dentistry PC is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Peabody, MA

We are a team-centered office looking to provide excellent customer service and exceed expectations for our patients.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is familiar with dental front desk, preferably Dentrix to join our team. Job duties will include scheduling appointments, taking phone calls, confirming appointments, filling the schedule, collecting payment, reviewing treatment, updating patient information, and a variety of other miscellaneous tasks. We are a high-tech office that uses Modento patient communication software, Dental Intel performance tracking, and Local Med online booking.

Our ideal employee is someone who can think outside the box, be independently managed, looks to improve office efficiency and systems, and values a team-centered environment.

Hours are 7:45-5:15 Monday-Thursday and 7:45- 1:15 on Fridays. In the summers we work every other Friday! We offer complimentary Dental treatment for employees, 2 weeks paid vacation, a 401 K Match plan, significant monthly and quarterly bonuses, yearly reviews, discretionary raises, employee deducted Aflac insurance plans, and lots of fun team dinners and events.
