ABOUT THE ROLE

The Virginia IT Agency has acquired Ardoq, an enterprise architecture platform tool that will serve as the system of record for applications for the Commonwealth. This tool needs to be rolled out to all 63 executive branch agencies, which will require data cleanup for the existing system of record, Archer, data import into Ardoq, and training of the agencies in the use of the tool. It will also include backward integration with Archer to ensure that data in both systems is in sync.

The individual filling this role would coordinate internally with other VITA teams, such as Business Readiness and Customer Account Managers, to establish a schedule for rollout across agencies. The individual will work with the architects on the Enterprise Architecture team and other resources within CSRM to manage the tasks and assignments requisite to completing the rollout and coordinate the appropriate resources for completing these tasks. The individual would also work directly with agency resources to manage issues related to training scheduling and any follow-up required post-training.

The ideal candidate for this role would have a minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably with a large project experience. An active PMP certification would be a significant advantage. Your skills and experience could make a substantial impact in this role.

Experience with Virginia state government desired. If a candidate has prior VA State gov exp, it MUST be clearly reflected on their resume.

SKILLS

• Project Management Exp (specifically with large-scale projects) - 8 Years
• Experience with the M365 Project - 8 Years
• Experience with AgilePlace is a plus - 5 Years
• Prior experience with the Virginia state government is highly valued for this role. If the candidate has such experience, it is crucial that it is clearly highlighted on their resume, as it demonstrates their familiarity with the unique aspects of working in this environment.
• Active PMP certification.
