NJEDDA is Hiring a Physical Education Teacher Near Clifton, NJ

- To conduct adapted physical education classess to all students attending the school

- Become familiar with the goals of each student set by the physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and prepare activities that will maximize the potential for each student to reach their goals

- Provide a professional and positive learning environment for all students while incorporating gross motor, fine motor, and social skills

- Prepare written lesson plans that will outline the actitivty and how it is relevant to the student's goals and how it will be accomplished

- Work cooperatively with therapists and teachers to develop a conducive learning environment for students to reach their potential level of independence

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in Physical Education

- Valid Teaching Certification in Physical Education from New Jersey Department of Education

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $59,495.00 per year
