NJ TRANSIT is seeking a Director, Project Management & Strategic Initiatives to support the SVP, Communications & Customer Experience in managing, coordinating and advancing all department strategic initiatives and projects in accordance with NJT2030, NJ TRANSIT’s 10-Year Strategic Plan.
This individual will collaborate with the Communications & Customer Experience leadership and various internal teams to coordinate, prioritize, manage and advance work to deliver against NJT2030, and ensure an organized, disciplined effort.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong project & project portfolio management skills. S/he should also have exceptional communications and writing skills. S/he should be adept at working cross-functionally.
