nj home healthcare is Hiring a Home Care Coordinator Near Union, NJ
NJ Home Health Care is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate with customer service experience to train to become a Case Coordinator in our home care agency. The customer service rep will handle incoming calls from clients and aides. They will be responsible for developing a relationship with each client and problem-solving customer service issues. They will support the coordinator with overseeing the client's care and matching home health aides with our clients. You will work closely with the HR rep, RN, and the Intake coordinator.

Essential Functions
- Communicate with clients and aides and accommodate requests
- Problem solve and troubleshoot issues with HHA
- Coordinate care with client, HHA (home health aide), and RN
- Assign and Schedule appropriate HHAs that match our clients’ needs
- Maintain staffing needs
- Help grow caseloads
Qualifications
- Must have customer service experience
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Must be computer literate
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
