The Director of Billing plays a vital role in advancing a key component of the firm's revenue cycle management with responsibility for the daily management of firmwide billing activities, related staff and projects, hiring, training, performance evaluations and other staff development, problem solving and the implementation of related changes necessary for the on-going growth of the Firm. This position is directly responsible for optimizing the quality and timeliness of billing in order to accelerate the revenue cycle. The Director of Billing will also assist the Treasurer in providing WIP inventory support, analysis and reports to firm management. A hybrid work arrangement is available for this position. |

In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
