Job Role: Performance Test Lead with Guidewire Cloud

Job Description:

This role needs a senior lead who understand the performance engineering as a whole and be able to drive initiatives with Guidewire product team, Client leadership and enterprise architect leads etc. Guidewire Cloud experience is a must.

Skills Required:

• Subject Matter expertise on performance engineering and testing for cloud applications.
• Hands on Performance test experience of Guidewire cloud platform using Load Runner, J Meter, Ready API, Dyna Trace, Splunk & Data Dog.
• Experience with Guidewire, Digital applications/portal implementations.
• Collaborative skills with planning, designing and execution of performance test strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the conversations with architect, technical and help clients to define Non Functional Requirements for Guidewire cloud applications and legacy systems.
• Collaborate with teams to understand the NFR SLA s and create the performance test strategy.
• Be able to work with GW product teams and provide recommendation of baseline product SLA s.
• Performance testing tooling set up, environment strategy and tool set up.
• Scripts stabilization, enhancements and test data management.
• Early PT, Load, Stress and Endurance testing.
• Load generation, Load balancing and performance monitoring.
• Review test artifacts with DPO s & business teams.
• Defect management, test execution and reporting.
