Position Role: Functional Consultant Microsoft

Location: Atlanta, GA, USA

As a Dynamics 365 Enterprise (F&O) Functional Consultant, you will be an integral part of the project teams, helping customers with implementations and global rollouts as they look to consolidate their application on a single instance of the software across all business units internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 ERP to meet client needs, including module setup, workflows, and data migration.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to onboard client teams and ensure successful adoption of the solution.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to design and implement integrations with other systems as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing any issues or enhancements post-implementation.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and advise clients on best practices and optimizations.
• Assist customer with UAT And Training their end users

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Information Systems, or CPA preferred
• Proven experience (6 years ) as a Dynamics 365 ERP(F&O) Functional Consultant, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 ERP modules, experience implementing P2P and O2C.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within project teams and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP or related Microsoft certifications is a plus.
