Role: Automation Test lead (Banking or Financial Domain)
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (onsite)
Job Type: Full Time Position
Interview: Video
- 8 to 10 years of Software Testing experience
- Understanding of QA principles (tracking, analysing, reporting, problem resolution and training)
- Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC, testing methodologies and their direct implementation to projects
- Good knowledge in Agile methodology
- Have experience in Jira & JTMF / any other test management tool
- Experience in co-ordination with multiple teams
- Lead the testing effort and / or team to plan, construct and execute release tests
- Lead and develop testing strategies and scenarios for review with both project and business teams to ensure alignment with project delivery documentation
- Must have experience in leading projects of varied testing types including automation testing, APIs testing, data warehouse testing, performance testing
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Preferred to have experience of leading testing in Banking project
