UPBrand is a full-service branding and digital Agency. We are all about helping clients define and own their authentic position in the marketplace across the entire customer journey. We are looking for someone who is passionate – about the work we do and about helping us find more clients to help.

Our Agency is driven by a set of core values that we actually measure ourselves against – Invention, Collaboration, Gratitude, Commitment, Excellence & Maturity. As a member of our team, you will be challenged and held accountable for excellent work. You'll also be trusted to do your job and empowered to drive improvement. We expect everyone to contribute to our culture in their own unique way, whether that's forcing your teammates to listen to your unique musical tastes, participating in Soft Pants Friday, or planning a solid prank.

We are looking for a Business Development Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be primarily focused on growth marketing, sales enablement, and supporting the strategic positioning of the Agency. This individual plays a crucial role in aligning sales efforts with organizational goals, ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to succeed.

The successful candidate will be an organized marketing professional with experience defining and executing demand-generation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement Leadership:

  • Work closely with both the Founding Partner and President to develop and deploy content, sales messaging, processes, and tools to support the pre-sales activities of the sales and account management teams.
  • Champion the creation of sales enablement materials, including presentation decks, sell-sheets, and other collateral.

Customer Journey Development:

  • Collaborate with agency leadership to develop the customer journey from lead generation to close, focusing on metrics, messaging, positioning, and overall strategy.
  • Implement and manage lead nurturing and lead scoring initiatives.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Manage relationships with social and performance marketing resources, including SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Execute a content strategy, creating collateral such as white papers, case studies, and other materials to support sales efforts.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Develop quarterly case studies, market studies, and competitor analyses to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Conduct analysis of workflow, lead nurturing, and lead scoring to optimize campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the brand voice and ensure consistent implementation across channels.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with high-profile clients and internal/external business parties, requiring excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The ideal candidate must have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Data-Driven: Able to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Technologically-Savvy: Must be proficient with sales enablement tools, content management systems (CMS), and CRMs, and capable of designing initiatives that support tool adoption and track their usage.
  • Project management and oversight: Able to oversee multiple projects and initiatives within available resources, strategize initiatives for maximum impact, and anticipate and address roadblocks.
  • Deep Knowledge of the Buyer's Journey: In-depth insight into the evolving buyer's journey in a rapidly transforming digital marketplace and prime revenue-facing teams with tools, knowledge, and content for various stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Soft Skills: Must be an exceptional communicator with strong listening, speaking, writing, and presentation skills, and able to connect with various stakeholders, building trust and facilitating behavior change.
  • Agile Innovator: Possess a willingness to understand and adopt emergent trends, theories, and tools and openness to modify approaches based on the ever-changing sales enablement landscape.
  • Collaborative Approach: Able to identify internal stakeholders necessary for success and can effectively facilitate cross-functional collaboration, emphasizing communication, alignment, and conflict resolution.
  • Time Management: Ensure timely execution of projects and initiatives and streamline processes and operations to maximize resource utilization.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Marketing or a Sales Support Role
