As our Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our apartment community. From repairs to addressing resident requests, you'll make a meaningful impact every day. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle, whether you're seeking part-time or full-time employment. Additionally, there's ample room for growth within our team, with opportunities for skill development and advancement.
Requirements:
No prior maintenance experience is necessary as we provide training. However, a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential. We value individuals who can work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
However, here are a few things we'd like you to already have established or commit to begin establish in you as you grow with us:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- 1 year(s) maintenance experience in multifamily industry or other skilled labor preferred.
- HVAC and EPA certified.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
