**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse/tech to join our Dialysis team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform dialysis treatments according to prescribed protocols

- Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and document vital signs

- Educate patients and their families on kidney disease, dialysis procedures, and self-care techniques

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians

- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

- Experience in providing care to geriatric patients

- Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques

- Ability to lift and assist patients when necessary

- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology

- Experience in infectious disease care

- Proficient in ostomy care procedures

- Familiarity with hospice palliative medicine practices

- Knowledge of trauma medicine and suturing techniques
