Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries and issues promptly
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate leads and arrange appointments
• Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers to foster relationships and facilitate sales opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide assistance and support in closing deals
• Utilize dealership software systems to record customer interactions, update profiles, and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Preferably, previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous
• Proficiency in basic math for pricing, discounts, and financing calculations
• Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of sales management principles and techniques is beneficial
• Comfortable with public speaking engagements or presentations
