Nissan of Everett is Now Hiring an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer!

We are Looking for Automotive Experienced Service Writer. If you have been an Advisor at a Domestic or Import Store we would like to chat with you! Multi brand experience wanted!

Compensation: $86,400- $120,000 per year DOE

Responsibilities:

• Working as a team and helping as needed
• Answering client phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Act as a liaison by representing the service department to other dealerships and outside vendors
• Communicate vehicle status updates to client in an efficient manner
• Maintain a high level of ethical standards and professional appearance
• Ensure the repair order is accurate and complete by reviewing all copies, including supporting documentation
• Assist customers in selecting suggestive services in a professional and honest manner
• Generate repair order estimates/quotes for customers

Qualifications:

• 2 years dealership service advisor experience
• Strong teamwork skills with team first mentality
• Ability to communicate with clients in a clear and professional manner
• Great work ethic
• Strong automotive background
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
• CDK and Autoline experience is a plus
• Must have clean and valid driver's license
• Must be 18 or over
