We are looking for a receptionist to work M-F 8-5:00, no holidays or weekends!
We are seeking an individual who is a reliable team player, self-starter, organized, efficient, works well under pressure, with an outgoing and friendly personality. Someone who wants to enjoy coming to work every day and be in a relaxed environment. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our small family.
Cornerstone Veterinary Software and veterinary experience preferred, but willing to train.
Job Description
Includes but not limited to:
Admit and discharge pets from appointments and services and schedule follow-ups as needed
Answering multi-line telephone and communicating with clients
Scheduling appointments and surgeries
Preparing patient intake forms
Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files
Handling patient medical history and sending records via fax and email
Entering and processing payments
Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
This position offers flexible shifts Monday through Friday

Qualified candidates should possess excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
