NIS America, Inc., publisher of video games in both North America and Europe, is looking to add a Partner Relations Rep to our Partner Relations team. Partner Relations Rep at Partner Relations team will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between NIS America and our valued Japanese developers and licensors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Establish and maintain day-to-day communication with developers and licensors.
● Collaborate on negotiations with business partners, developers, licensors, distributors, First Party entities, and media.
● Maintain a strong relationship with first party partners to secure resources available to NISA
● Assist in other teams’ work including, but not limited to, ensuring deadlines for various projects and submission of materials to our business partners.
● Translation of documents or interviews in relation to the title for the benefit of non- staff.
● Thoroughly play and analyze each game, transferring comprehensive product knowledge to the team.
● Advocate for licensed titles internally, facilitating a deeper understanding of the titles' concepts.
● Present our games in the form of a PowerPoint or Google Slide and gameplay demo to the team.
● Collaborate with the Marketing team to contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans.
● Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented marketing plans through analysis and measurement.
● Conduct research and analysis of potential titles and markets for future business initiatives.
● Assist in the planning and execution of NISA events, including, but not limited to, NGPX, E3, Gamescom and Anime Expo.
● Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
● Native level (written and spoken).
● Experience in business communication using Japanese.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
● Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
● Able to travel as necessary for meetings and events
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field from a four-year college or university; or 5 years of Marketing field experience in entertainment industry (including Gaming industry).
● Background working in Japanese Company is a plus
● Understanding of the concept of Gaming business in Gaming industry.
● Understanding of video game concepts, terms, and gameplay (in particular RPGs).
● Knowledge and history of RPGs .

· Work is typically performed either in an office environment with a moderate noise level or at your home.
· While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to frequently sit and occasionally must stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
· Specific vision abilities include the ability to read and analyze data in hard copy and on a computer screen, measure, or identify using eyesight and adjust vision focus.
· Abilities to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups.
