Design Consultant

Ninth & Co. is looking for a Design Consultant to join our team in Little Rock, AR.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Flexible schedule is required.
• Must be able to lift & move 50 lbs and bulky items.
• Previous experience in the design industry and/or retail sales is preferred but not required.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

· Greet and direct customers in a friendly, cheerful, welcoming manner

· Exhibit excellent communication skills, building rapport & trusting relationships through conversation and honest recommendations

· Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

· Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

· Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

· Cross-sell products

· Ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order

· Ensure racks are fully stocked; Help to maintain the back stock room

· Collaborate with fellow team members to keep the sales floor clean and organized at all times

· Manage returns of merchandise

· Engage in continuing education on the retail sales process

· Maintain familiarity with consumer behavior principles

· Maintain knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

· Have an ability to perform in fast-paced environments
