About Ninja Selling: Ninja Selling provides training and coaching services to real estate and financial services professionals. We teach sales professionals to build meaningful relationships by adding value, and we want our marketing and branding to reflect these principles.

Position Summary: Ninja Selling seeks a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Brand Strategy Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, manage our social media presence, and align our overall brand strategy with our mission and values. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in traditional marketing, email campaigns, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Management:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Ninja Selling’s services and programs.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including print, digital, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Oversee and manage all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with Ninja Selling’s brand values and resonates with our target audience.
  • Implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor social media metrics and provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Brand Strategy:
  • Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the brand’s mission and values.
  • Work closely with the sales and coaching teams to understand their needs and ensure that marketing efforts support their goals.
  • Foster relationships with key industry partners and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing management, social media management, and brand strategy.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
