Ninja Nation – Our Arenas feature world class American Ninja Warrior style obstacles courses optimized to engage, challenge, and inspire our members. We are the premier Ninja Warrior and obstacle course destination for kids and adults to play, train and compete. We are looking for high energy, enthusiastic, engaging, and outgoing people to join our team and help grow Ninja Nation to an industry leader in the “sports-tainment” and fitness space. We believe in providing youth and adults across the country with a fitness alternative that is fun, challenging and teaches us to get back up and try again. We are development focused, especially on getting our members stronger, more fit and more confident in their ability to tackle obstacles inside and outside of our arenas.

Position Description:

Arena Hosts are offered an opportunity to join a rapidly-growing national sports company as an integral member of a Ninja Nation arena. Arena Hosts work within the obstacle arena providing fun, exciting, physically exerting birthday parties for kids aged 5-17 as well as monitoring open gym for participants ages 5 and up. Arena Hosts lead parties on Saturdays and Sundays, following a defined Ninja Nation Birthday Experience and our trained on our Safety Standards. They will be a key contributor to the culture of each arena, responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for each ninja participant.

  • Provide information to clients regarding class packages, memberships, promotions and events

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading safety talks with parents and kids
  • Leading groups of kids though our obstacle arena
  • Providing a safe fun environment for kids of all ages on obstacles
  • Actively spotting kids on obstacles
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to multi-task, keeping an eye on 10-15 kids moving at high rates of speed
  • Working with other Arena Hosts and Ninja Nation Staff to provide larger parties the same Ninja Nation experience
  • Working with other Ninja Nation Staff on the arena floor, keeping a healthy flow across the arena
