Position Summary:
The Ninja Gymnastics Factory is looking for energetic, hardworking individuals to coach all levels of recreational gymnastics. Our gymnastics classes typically consist of students who are 6-12 years old. Coaches collaborate, create, and follow lesson plans which are focused on building basic skills while emphasizing proper form and technique on all 4 apparatuses plus trampoline. Lessons change every 2 weeks to keep both the students and staff engaged and excited by the work. We believe strongly in the use of positive language, in catering to the needs of each student, and in learning something new everyday.

*Please note that while we are currently looking for coaches, our longer term goal is to find someone who can immerse themself in the program, grow our client base, and in the next 1 to 2 years step into a director position as we expand and even open additional locations.
