Job Title: National Honor Society Advisor
Work Location: Lakeside High School
Nature and Scope of Position: (1 or 2 sentence summary of position)

Serve as advisor for the National Honor Society at Lakeside High School. Must
understand and/or is willing to receive training regarding ASB laws. Must be
organized and willing to work with ASB, class officers, and administration
regarding events and activities.

Position Reports To: Brent Osborn
Employment Period: 2023/24 School Year

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT AND SALARY:
As outlined by and in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) of
Nine Mile Falls Education Association (NMEA) and Policies and Procedures of Nine
Mile Falls School District. CBAs and Salary Schedules can be reviewed from the Human

The annual base salary for the position is: $960-$1,680. Salary placement is according to
the Nine Mile Educators Association Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Collective

Contract Term: Continuing Replacement Supplemental
Primary Job Functions

1. Serves as supervisor for all National Honor Society activities including,
but not limited to: Blood Drive, National Honor Society Induction
Ceremony, etc.

2. Responsible for the scheduling, organization, and overseeing National
Honor Society activities. This includes working with ASB officers,
faculty/staff and public venues for necessary organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements (Traits, Education, Certifications, Experience, Training, physical
requirements, etc.):

1. Current Certificated Staff member of Lakeside High School

Desired Qualifications
1. Demonstrated ability to motivate and instruct students.
2. Sound mental, moral, and ethical character
3. Self-motivated and enjoys working with people
