Job Title: Direct Support Professional

Duties:
- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals by following established protocols and procedures.
- Promote independence and community integration for individuals by encouraging participation in social and recreational activities.
- Document individual progress, behaviors, and incidents accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for individuals.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and respect resident rights.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and basic medical procedures is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals, families, and team members.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if required for the position).
- Ability to pass background checks in accordance with state regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
