- Carefully examine vehicles upon 100% disassembly
- Effectively communicate with blueprinter in order to achieve estimate accuracy
- Assist with sorting/ organizing parts for storage purposes
- Maintain clean work area
- Repair vehicles per industry/ company standards
- Submit quality repairs to paint department
- Prioritize defective repairs at all times
- Assist in repair negotiations with insurance companies as needed
- Effectively communicate with paint dept. regarding daily production goals
- Minimum two years experience
- Ability to thrive in a strong team environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- I-CAR and/or ASE preferred
- General Motors experience preferred
