The Demand & Supply Management function (DSM) is responsible to quantify and supply our consumers demand, while ensuring profitable growth and healthy inventories!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an Integrated Business Planning Manager to lead our CaSA cross functional offense and drive actions to achieve healthy growth across CaSA’s portfolio.

This role will manage an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) ecosystem to facilitate business discussions, translate functional insights into stories, track performance against goals, define and align actions required to achieve goals, and elevate to Senior Leaders for fast decision making.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, in this role you will be responsible for driving a collaborative end-to-end (E2E) business management process that helps all functions to land ONE operating plan. Among several other things, this entails bringing additional clarity on business objectives, regularly monitor performance against our goals, understand trends and predict deviations that will require alignment or decisions to balance the achievement of financial goals while serving our consumers. The scope for this work goes from long range plans to the current seasonal execution at point of sale, which makes this role incumbencies wide enough to cover almost every link in the value chain.

For all of the above reasons, the candidate needs to have proven track record of critical thinking, resolving business issues as well as the outstanding ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics with the appropriate recommendations to a wide and diverse audience in several levels of the organization. You will need to understand multi-seasonal critical metrics across functions like Operations, Finance, Merchandising & Planning (both Business & Retail) to properly evaluate risks and opportunities that would need attention.

A typical day/week revolves around consuming information that circulates in the process, translate data points into valuable information, facilitate meetings to support cross-functional communication and drive accountability on action plans..

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report into the CaSA Demand & Supply Management Director and you’ll have regular connections with APLA’s IBP Team to ensure functional alignment on the company’s vision deployment for IBP.

As many other functions in CaSA, you’ll drive a close partnership with six Distributors across Latin America to align process frameworks, deliverables in the cycle and one-off requirements tied to the business dynamic.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or Combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • Advanced planning expertise with clear understanding of a Planning Ecosystem; including at least 5 years experience in Retail Sales / Demand, Supply / Inventory, Revenue / Margin and Operational Planning. Proven experience in Planning functions on the ground is a must.
  • We are looking for a leader that is results driven, self started and capable to navigate different levels in an organization. Key to success in this role will be the ability to have an E2E understanding of the operation and outstanding communication skills to translate complex stories in a simple way.
  • You’ll need the have proven experience influencing leaders into action and driving accountabilities. This requires superior interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills with the ability to work both cross-functionally and cross-culturally, specifically fostering productive relationships between key players.
  • Experience assessing and mitigating risks and liabilities that could disrupt our ability to meet market demand; strong ability to assess and quantify risks, determine scenarios, tradeoffs and recommendations with balanced incentives
  • Being fluent in Spanish/Portuguese is preferred.
