We are actively seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk with additional responsibilities in Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a keen eye for accuracy. While prior data entry experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Transfer data from various sources into QuickBooks software.
• Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available.
• Correct and modify inaccurate files and records.
• Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities: (this will be a cross trained position for fill in- could turn into Full time Employment)

• Review and prepare invoices from Suppliers and Vendors
• Facilitate the match of invoices to purchase orders
• Work with Project Mangers on approvals for payment on invoices received
• Ensure urgent items identified are expedited and followed through the process for successful resolution.
• Assist with processing invoices for payment, ensuring that all documentation is original, and appropriately approved, taxes are applied correctly, and are released for payment on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in data entry with a focus on speed and precision.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks software is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
