Job Overview

Shake & Fry Personnel at Nifty Fifty’s are required to oversee the preparation, quality, and appearance of our shake station in order to provide our guests with exceptional milkshakes. You assist with the overall meal experience of our guest. You will work hard at providing outstanding customer service and making our valued customers feel like a part of our Nifty’s family.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
• Other additional tasks management may need assistance with

Milkshakes

• Prep work and set up milkshake station
• Maintain product presentation and quality (properly filled and clean sides)
• Follow Nifty Fifty’s milkshake recipes
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling
• Clean and sanitize the work area throughout the shift
• Clean and sanitize shake spinners throughout shift
• Portion ingredients for milkshakes

Fries

• Prep, set up, and maintain the fry station
• Maintain product presentation, quality, and cook time standards
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling
• Clean and sanitize the work area throughout the shift
• Clean and change fryers
• Cut and prepare fries
