This team helps to simplify an extremely complicated world of product data into smart, industry-forward, and relevant data to power our company’s products and solutions.ResponsibilitiesThe Data Transformation Analyst will help deliver best-in-class health, wellness, and consumer transparency programs. The Data Transformation Analyst is detail-oriented and able to make fast but thoughtful decisions around Label Insight data, regulations, and trends in the CPG and grocery industries. You will receive on-the-job training for creating and managing Label Insight data taxonomies, enabling various LI-powered solutions within NIQ. Your willingness to learn new skills like data review, analysis, and coding will help build and maintain our data quality and, ultimately, enable customer health, trust, and new growth opportunities. Manage the processing of on-package marketing claim dataHelp lead the execution of industry research to gain an understanding of the business and market to translate this into customer-facing insights that will support the ideation and implementation of marketplace researchInterpret, analyze, and clearly communicate our data and taxonomy structureAudit, improve, and develop internal database taxonomiesExpand our database to align with growing market trendsLearn a simple coding language (similar to SQL) to build and maintain LI attribute-powered solutionsWork with customer success teams to investigate and resolve customer inquiriesQualificationsBachelor’s DegreeProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)Comfortable learning new technology platforms (Coding, BI tools, GitHub, etc.)Detail-oriented with the desire and ability to pick up new skills quicklyComfortable with tedious and repetitive tasksStrong and polished presentation skills to deliver presentations and recommendations tailored to your audience, whether internal or external customers and stakeholdersSelf-motivated and able to manage deadlines and time on projects independentlyEffective communicator with colleagues in sales, product, engineering, and CSExperience in CPG, grocery retail, nutrition, dietetics, healthcare, R&D, regulatory, or chemistry is preferred but not required.Our BenefitsFlexible working environmentHealth insuranceParental leaveLife insuranceAdditional InformationAbout NIQNIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
